Ashok is an Advocate practising before the High Court of Karnataka and a Partner of Factum Law, Bengaluru. As a commercial disputes litigator, he represents clients across industries and sectors in litigations involving indirect taxes, company law, contracts, intellectual property rights, product and service liability claims.

With a keen interest in science and technology and its interplay with law, he is an advisor to and member of thought leadership initiatives in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, data privacy, aerospace, space and defence, as part of which he has delivered talks and published papers and articles on foreseeable legal issues and potential solutions. Ashok represents S2 at space law and policy debates as well as provides counsel for the think tank’s legal affairs and strategic alliances.
